Rockpolishers Sunday

Firstly well done to Tony Chapman who took the bull by the horns to win the Sunday competition. Ok, so it was only 25km but as no one else decided to even have a go at flying the task so credit where credit is due! Club flying was busy as normal with lots of trial lessons and members to fly. Max Lazenby flew 3 more solo's on the K13 and converted to the K8 - he is flying like a pro! Paul Taylor also filled his boots with some solo flying. Other activity saw Tony Housden flying with Tony Parker to complete his BI checks. Mike Randle and Emil decided to put the DG500 through its aerobatic paces. Adverture of the day has to go to John Huband who decided to venture out to Wales and hooked up with some wave. A rather satisfying day all round!
