Very cold over night and the gliders and canopies iced up as soon as we got them to the launchpoint. Eventually the sun warmed them enough to start flying in the very still air but with some fabulous views of the fog and frost that lingered to the south of the airfield. There were two people on a One Day Course, some winter refresher checks and a lengthy flying list that kept the four 2 seaters busy all day. A few private owners rigged to blow out the winter cobwebs and Ed Foggin took the newly syndicated LS6 for its first flight at AD. A cold but very nice day.
