The Duo Discus and the club DG500 are taking part in the 2 seater competition at Pocklington. Sunday and Monday were contest days and Darren Edge and John Bellamy have been testing Richard Kill's low level recovery skills! Felix Velarde managed to 'borrow' a K8 to try for his silver duration but after an uncomfortable 2 hours is hoping to try again later in the week, this time using the Junior.
On Sunday Chris and Mike in the Duo completed a 187km task, deciding not to continue with a longer task down to Peterborough which was a good decision as everyone who did landed out! Yesterday was a 305km task and the Duo with Tony and Mike on board finished a creditable 8th.
Today was scrubbed but we are hoping for a good day tomorrow.
