Just a handful of private gliders came out and launched into a promising looking sky. Perhaps everyone else was put off by the forecast saying it would spread out around lunchtime, which turned out to be pretty accurate. Despite this, no one landed out and even the DG500 completed a cross country. The rest of the fleet was kept busy with training flights to cloudbase. It was a good day for spinning!
