Aerotow Day
Still a brisk southerly but soarable from early on. The course members after a briefing by Simon Buckley either refreshed or learnt the skills involved in aerotowing. A little too windy for cross country tasks but good strong thermals to cloudbase of just over 3000' gave the course members opportunities to improve their thermalling skills. Tony Chapman after a check flight aerotowed his DG200 for the first time. Over development later in the afternoon stopped the thermals but everyone had a good day.
