PW6 KRX having had the ARC issued this week by Frank Birlison (thanks Frank) was test flown today and is back in operation. Few club members onsite, but an American visitor and glider pilot found the PW was a delight to fly and thermalled his way up to over 3K at which height we started to lose sight of the ground! A second trial lesson was flown and he is coming back for more. KRU should be back with us soon.
Adrian Giles and Patrick Graham took Adrian's simulator to Bisley Bluecoat School and entertained pupils and parents, generating some interest for the club.
