Forecast was for conditions to brighten up and the wind to drop. The first part was correct and there was some soaring to be had in the afternoon. Both K13s were out, serving the 3 ab-initios who were here. Barry flew the 2 one-day course members in the DG500 and the Astir was out to clock up a few soaring hours. Many many thanks to the winch drivers and ground crew. We owe the PM winch driver a beer for sure!
