Saturday 7th November

A glorious start to the day with clear blue skies and towering cu-nim to the south. It gradually clouded over and became distinctly wintery. All four two-seaters were kept busy flying club members and the latest group of UWE students. Launches to 1,800' gave excellent views of the incoming squalls and rain finally stopped play at around 14.00. It's best not to ask the CFI what happened to his hat.
